Play.Fund.Win.

Play Fund Win was started in 2019 by three friends with a passion for sport, events and tech, who are on a mission to raise millions of pounds for good causes and charities using their revolutionary digital raffle platform. By digitising paper-based raffles, they make hosting a draw easy, and make taking part fun and engaging.

Video Project Aim
To create a video showing off Play Fund Win and the joy of taking part in a raffle that helps clubs and charities. The video will help engage clubs and charities to use Play Fund Win and their raffle services to help fund their club/charities.

Hero Video 

To create a Hero Video to showcase who Play Fund Win is, and the benefits of their raffle service.

The video will predominantly be shown on social media channels as well as the website  and relevant partner’s pages.

(x3) 30 second social snippets (Shorter 30-second clips will be taken from the longer form video and used to target specific demographics such as the following: Clubs, sports fans, charities, etc)

    First party filming and graphics

    Similar to the linked video, this video idea follows the journey of different people involved in Play Fund Win

    Play- Customer making a bet, in the stands overlooking the match, passionate about an intense match

    Fund- Second scene looking at the good that the raffle has created – such as a club’s new season kit or refurbishment to the clubhouse/ stadium.

    Win- The match and bet being won, followed by the customer winning the bet and the club winning through the bet Play.Fund.Win has facilitated.

     

 

Visual design.

Cameras

For filming our go to is Sony’s Cinema camera range (FX6 / Fx9). All videos will be delivered in 4K and any  interviews conducted will have a minimum of 3x camera angles.

B-roll

Where appropriate we shall integrate animation, graphics and ‘B-Roll’ as supplementary footage to add to the story

Audio design.

Sound FX

Sound FX shall be used where appropriate to draw the viewer deeper into the experience, Some FX could include: interactive sound design, risers, bass drops, and appropriate ambient sound. 

Music Track

Impactful music track/s which compliments the style of video will be chosen. Changing music tracks to compliment the mood if required – e.g. a more sombre sound track during a challenge being depicted and a more uplifting track during an achievement. 

Social optimisation.

As your video project be distributed across social media, we will optimise the video appropriately. Subtitles will be added to all versions to ensure maximum engagement for those viewers who are watching without sound.

We will ensure the video deliverables are given in multiple dimensions and are fit for purpose when distributing on each social media platform, for example: 9:16 ratio for Instagram TV/Stories & 4:5 version for Instagram posts and Facebook posts, 16:9 for LinkedIn. (see diagram)
