Your Project.

Drags 2 Riches

Drags 2 Riches is the 2-4 player deck-building game where you get to live out your drag queen truth. Build your collection of outfits over the rounds,  lay down the realest looks and win more fame than those other busted queens.

Video Project Aim
To create a video showing off Drags 2 Riches and the fun of playing the card game. The video will help get funding from Kickstarter.

Hero Video 

To create a Hero Video showcasing the Drags 2 Riches card game, with an interview explaining the rules of the game.

The video will predominantly be shown on social media channels as well as YouTube and Kickstarter.

What’s the big idea?

Video Requirements:

(x1) Hero Video
1 minute – 3 minutes 

(x3) 30 second social snippets (Shorter 30-second clips will be taken from the longer form video and used to target specific demographics such as the following: Clubs, sports fans, charities, etc)

 

 

 

 

Idea Brainstorm

Drags 2 Riches Hero Video

1 minute – 3 minutes

The video will be taking place at the Sequin Showstoppers venue.
The video will show the Drags 2 Riches card game being played in the shop by high profile drag queens, in a fun, glitzy and sassy way.

There will also be optional voiceover during the video to help explain the rules of the game. A top-down angle will be used allowing the audience to get a clear view of the game being played.

The social snippets that will come from the video can then be shared on social media channels to help create interest in the card game and the launch of Drags 2 Riches on Kickstarter.

Visual design.

Cameras

For filming our go to is Sony’s Cinema camera range (FX6 / Fx9). All videos will be delivered in 4K and any  interviews conducted will have a minimum of 3x camera angles.

B-roll

Where appropriate we shall integrate animation, graphics and ‘B-Roll’ as supplementary footage to add to the story

Audio design.

Sound FX

Sound FX shall be used where appropriate to draw the viewer deeper into the experience, Some FX could include: interactive sound design, risers, bass drops, and appropriate ambient sound. 

Music Track

Impactful music track/s which compliments the style of video will be chosen. Changing music tracks to compliment the mood if required – e.g. a more sombre sound track during a challenge being depicted and a more uplifting track during an achievement. 

Social optimisation.

As your video project be distributed across social media, we will optimise the video appropriately. Subtitles will be added to all versions to ensure maximum engagement for those viewers who are watching without sound.

We will ensure the video deliverables are given in multiple dimensions and are fit for purpose when distributing on each social media platform, for example: 9:16 ratio for Instagram TV/Stories & 4:5 version for Instagram posts and Facebook posts, 16:9 for LinkedIn. (see diagram)
