RESPONSIBILITIES

This role focuses around the ability to think outside of the box with marketing campaigns and be punctual in delivering them.

• Identify ways to create noise online
• Create graphical internal marketing content
• Deliver marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Schedule content for social media using marketing automation tools
• Have an understanding of marketing platforms such as hootsuite and hubspot
• Generate inbound enquiries through marketing
• Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and suggest aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
• Pass leads on to sales team
• Have a good understanding of the businesses’ services and be able to advise others about them
• Be bold and different with your communications, we encourage bold marketing
• Understand the power video can bring to marketing channels

REQUIREMENTS

• Performance and goal orientated
• Excellent communication skills, including listening and questioning
• Ability to create and develop strong internal and external professional relationships
• Have a passion and mindset to win and be innovative with solutions
• Flexible and agile in your thinking
• A self-starter who uses their initiative to deliver results

DESIRED

• Track record in marketing
• Keen interest in the digital space and video
• Have an understanding of Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects
