Zeo – Brand Launch | Recruitment Drive

Zeo overview:

Zeo is a new brand launching as part of the Excool group. Zeo is a manufacturer and installer of ground pumps within peoples homes offering one of the most cost effective solutions on the market. The business has a strong enviromental focus and is striving to onboard the best and brightest young passionate people to help drive the business forward.

Video Project Aim

  • Create engaging content that supports the recruitment of new persons into the Zeo brand.
  • Explain the benefits of the company, brand and job positions available.
  • Position the brand as premium, innovative and compassionate.

What’s the big idea?

Video Requirements:

Requested: 

  • 1 x Hero cut video – (2.00-3.30) mins
  • 2 Social video cuts (30 secs)
  • 2 x Social video cuts (approx 15 secs) 

Idea Brainstorm

Hero cut (2.00 – 3.30 mins)

The hero cut will be filmed entirely on 1 day. It will feature elements including Voiceover, b-roll of the premises/the products, interview footage with key stakeholders and music backing track. Details of visual elements required to be confirmed upon next call. 

Video Cuts (0.15 – 0.45 mins)

Short, sharp cuts of the videos, better suited for social media. These will bring out pertinent points from the video and give viewers a quick and compelling snapshot of the main use cases and messages. 

Visual design.

Cameras

For filming our go to is Sony’s Cinema camera range (FX6 / Fx9). All videos will be delivered in crispy 4K.

B-roll

Where appropriate we shall integrate animation, graphics and ‘B-Roll’ as supplementary footage to add to the story

Audio design.

Sound FX

Sound FX shall be used where appropriate to draw the viewer deeper into the experience, Some FX could include: interactive sound design, risers, bass drops, and appropriate ambient sound. 

Music Track

Impactful music track/s which compliments the style of video will be chosen. Changing music tracks to compliment the mood if required – e.g. a more sombre sound track during a challenge being depicted and a more uplifting track during an achievement. 

Social optimisation.

As your video project be distributed across social media, we will optimise the video appropriately. Subtitles will be added to all versions to ensure maximum engagement for those viewers who are watching without sound.

We will ensure the video deliverables are given in multiple dimensions and are fit for purpose when distributing on each social media platform, for example: 9:16 ratio for Instagram TV/Stories & 4:5 version for Instagram posts and Facebook posts, 16:9 for LinkedIn. (see diagram)
