Idea Brainstorm

Onecom promo videos (1.00 – 2.00 mins)

  • Idea 1 -Stock and graphics accompanied by a VoiceOver artist highlighting the solutions that OneCloud can offer to business users.Shots similar to the video below highlighting the adaptable, secure, scalable, reliable and cost effective nature of the cloud based software.

Idea 2 – Starting off with animation giving an overview of OneCloud and what their technology is, transitioning in deeper into the processes and applications that the cloud based system has to offer, transitioning to the users benefits through what solutions they can get by using OneCloud, and highlighting the cloud based software as something that they should implement to make their workload more manageable and easier.

  • Idea 3 – First person filming & graphics, a video demonstration of people in the workplace using the Onecloud platform, an individual talking about how much of an asset it is to a business being able to access the cloud whenever and wherever a job is required. This will be done with the use of first party filming at either the Onecom offices or the Narce Media studios.  A quick rundown of the capabilities that Onecloud has and what they could do for businesses. Graphic will be presented on screen as the person talks about them to aid comprehension  


Visual design.


For filming our go to is Sony’s Cinema camera range (FX6 / Fx9). All videos will be delivered in 4K and all interviews conducted will have a minimum of 2x camera angles.


Where appropriate we shall integrate animation, graphics and ‘B-Roll’ as supplementary footage to add to the story

Audio design.

Sound FX

Sound FX shall be used where appropriate to draw the viewer deeper into the experience, Some FX could include: interactive sound design, risers, bass drops, and appropriate ambient sound. 

Music Track

Impactful music track/s which compliments the style of video will be chosen. Changing music tracks to compliment the mood if required – e.g. a more sombre sound track during a challenge being depicted and a more uplifting track during an achievement. 

Social optimisation.

As your video project be distributed across social media, we will optimise the video appropriately. Subtitles will be added to all versions to ensure maximum engagement for those viewers who are watching without sound.

We will ensure the video deliverables are given in multiple dimensions and are fit for purpose when distributing on each social media platform, for example: 9:16 ratio for Instagram TV/Stories & 4:5 version for Instagram posts and Facebook posts, 16:9 for LinkedIn. (see diagram)
